5. Payment Terms

Payment terms and conditions:

• All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change
• Payment must be made before coaching sessions
• We accept major credit cards and secure online payment methods
• All sales are final unless otherwise specified
• Refunds may be provided in exceptional circumstances at our discretion

6. Scheduling and Cancellations

Session scheduling policies:

• Sessions must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled session
• Late cancellations may result in full session charge
• No-shows will be charged the full session fee
• Rescheduling is allowed with 24-hour notice

All content provided during coaching sessions, including strategies, guides, and educational materials, remains the intellectual property of WeetSpot. Users may not:

• Record sessions without explicit permission
• Share coaching materials with third parties
• Use our content for commercial purposes
• Claim ownership of coaching methodologies

9. Game Developer Independence & Disclaimers

Independence Notice: WeetSpot is an independent coaching service and is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Riot Games, Inc., Valve Corporation, or any other game developers or publishers. Valorant, League of Legends, and all related marks are trademarks of their respective owners.

Account Data Policy: We do not collect, access, store, or require your game account credentials or login information. We do not have access to your in-game account data, personal gaming statistics from game servers, or any sensitive account information.

• Coaching results may vary and are not guaranteed
• Rank improvements depend on individual skill and dedication
• We provide educational coaching services only
• Services are provided "as is" without warranties
• We are not responsible for game-related issues, account suspensions, or bans
• Coaching does not violate any game terms of service
• We do not provide account boosting or play on your behalf

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeetSpot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.
